Live, Laugh, Let Go
In everyday life, we don't really know whats going to happen the very next day. Things could just be surprisingly happy or terribly sad. When things are really downhill, just expect the unexpected. Think positive though because things will get better the next day if you are having a terrible day today than yesterday.
All you need to do is just take a 15-20 minutes break from everything(and I mean everything!) from what you are doing, whether you are working on a thesis, shoveling some snow, doing house chores or even thinking about what you have to do for the day. Take the pressures off your head and take this 15-20 minute breather(I'm even taking mine after writing this). Like I said, anything can just happen, so expect the unexpected.
Making your day better than yesterday is one healthy way to live. Life is too short to outlive. Each day represents life. Life that you are living now is the life you should cherish since we only have this life to live. So take time for yourself and enjoy it while you can. Whatever happened yesterday has passed and its no used clinging onto the past.

- We should face today with positivity and optimistic expectations.
- Laugh while you can and enjoy life to the fullest.
- When you are taking your break, let go from anything.
By doing this, you are not only releasing the pressure but also letting good air set in your body. Do this everyday and you will feel the difference.
